THE ONE WHERE I GO TO SANTA LUCIA AND NOT THE BAPTISM

Sooooooo...this week was actually really good! We found a couple new people to teach and thats gonna be really awesome for the area...they're super super capo like they could be the next baptisms in Gianola B(autismo)...speaking of Gianola B (my area)...IM LEAVING!!! I'm getting transferred to another area closer to montevideo called Santa Lucia!! I heard its really pretty there but alsoooooo ill be training a new missionary named Hermana Rosada!!!! I'm so excited because im pretty sure i dont have to teach spanish for now haha but we'll see. As far as the baptism last week went...everything was PERFECT it was all set in stone and elder haws (the district leader) told us her interview was VERY good and that she was very prepared and so we were like okay this baptism is going to happen and we were super excited and everything...wellthe day of the baptism we put in the relief society group chat that there's a baptism and that they should all go because Maria Estela is 19 and needs the support from all the sisters cause shes going to be the only member in her family and well...we recived a message 10 mins later informing us that one of the more elderly sisters in the ward had passed away earlier that morning and that her funeral was going to be the same day at the same time as the baptism...and we were like well crap delet the message before the whole world sees it and we were rushing and rushing and then we were like...Crap Maria Estela!! so we were like what are we going to do...and then we remembered that the elders were going to have a baptism the same day so we were like, she can just get baptised with the other baptism if theyre going to use the church for the funeral...but when it all comes down to it, we didnt have the baptism, we moved it to this next saturday so that it wouldnt be a messy baptism or disrespectful to the family of the sister...also itd be pretty whack if no one from her own ward showed up to the baptism because everyone was at the funeral...so i wont be going to the baptism because ill be 6 hours away. the funeral was really beautiful and Hermana Alba has a special place in my heart because she was the first person to say hello to me at church and she was always always so happy to share with us and her family became some of our best friends so it was pretty sad. on the lighter side tho, at least maria estela is gonna get baptized, Martin got the priesthood and is going to bless the sacrament this week, and we reactivated 6 families...i think we've done some good work here in Gianola and im very proud of the progress the area has made and can say that im leaving the area better than how i found it (: anyways les quiero muchoo y que tengan una buena semana!!! Hermana Anderson 1. The only picture i have for the week because my face decided to reject the world and well...we touch cheek to cheek and make a lil kissy sound when we say hello to the women here and well...its been a lot of sweaty cheek to sweaty cheek and uhhhhh...my skin is freakin out and this has NEVER happened to me before so if someone has solutions to this whole breakout thing...send that my way cause a girl needs help lolllllll
